To make the most of your visit, we recommend that you allow at least two hours to explore the museum. Check the online calendar for upcoming events to help plan your day's schedule. And consider purchasing a combo ticket - an excellent value - to enjoy the museum and an IMAX film.
Snacks are available in The Corner Store or at the concessions stand in the IMAX Theatre. Many dining choices are within walking distance of the museum. Our Visitor Experience staff can help direct you; simply ask at the Welcome Desk or the Information Desk.
Remember to dress according to the weather. The museum offers two outdoor adventure areas, and a courtyard links the museum and IMAX Theatre.

* Children under the age of one (1) who do not require their own seats for IMAX films are free of charge and do not require a ticket. Any child under the age of one (1) who is admitted free to a sold out show must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian.
Group Visits
A group is eligible for the group rate if the party consists of 10 or more people. To honor the group rate at time of payment it must be one consolidated payment in full.

We regret that food and beverages are not allowed in the exhibit areas but you may enjoy your snack at one of our quaint tables in the store or outside in our courtyard.
