Birthdays at Marbles Kids Museum are fun and unique

 


Give your child the celebration of a lifetime! The Birthday Party Team at Marbles Kids Museum is happy to assist you in planning your birthday celebration for kids ages 1 to 12.

Party Package I

This party package is for a two-hour birthday celebration. It includes the use of a private Birthday Party Room, time on the museum floor, and each child will receive a free pass to the museum for future use.

Schedule

  • 15 minutes prior to the two hour celebration time to be used for parent set-up
  • One hour for the celebration with cake and presents
  • 15 minutes for clean-up
  • One hour on the museum floor
  • Museum admission for up to 15 children and their parents. We expect the parents to attend the party with their children and are not counted as part of the 15.

Cost

  • $195 for up to 15 children
  • Museum Members will receive a 10% discount.
  • $75 deposit is required to hold your space.
  • Add $5 per child above the 15 included in the base fee.

 

Party Package II

This party package is for a two-hour birthday celebration. It includes the use of a private Birthday Party Room, time on the museum floor, and each child will receive a free pass to the museum for future use.
In addition the Marbles Kids Museum Birthday Party Team will provide:

  • Set-up and clean-up
  • A birthday cake, ice cream and juice boxes
  • All paper products
  • A T-shirt for the birthday child
  • Museum admission for up to 15 children and their parents. We expect the parents to attend the party with their children and they are not counted as part of the 15.

  • 15 minutes prior to the two hour celebration time for staff to set-up
  • One hour for the celebration with cake and presents
  • 15 minutes for staff to clean-up
  • One hour on the museum floor

Cost

  • $275 for up to 15 children
  • Museum Members will receive a 10% discount.
  • $95 deposit is required to hold your space
  • Add $6 per child above the 15 included in the base fee.

Tuesdays - 9:00am, 10:30am, or 12:00pm
Wednesdays-Fridays - 9:00am
Saturdays - 9:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am, 11:30 am, 1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, or 3:00pm
Sundays - 12:00pm, 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 2:30 pm or 3:00pm

Deposits and Payments

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. You will receive a receipt for this charge the day of the party. The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of your party. Marbles Kids Museum reserves the right to charge an additional fee if you are late in vacating the Birthday Party Room.

Cancellations

The Birthday Party Coordinator must receive written notice of cancellation no less than two weeks prior to your party date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If written cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to your party date you will forfeit your deposit. If an emergency cancellation is made with at least 24-hour notice, your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled date.

 

Balloons

We regret that Marbles Kids Museum does not allow balloons of any type in the facility. Balloons are a chocking hazard for small children and helium balloons present a problem if allowed to float to the top of some of our very high ceilings.
